Appointments:

We are reopening with new protocols but we ask for your continued patience as the pandemic is rapidly evolving and guidelines are frequently changing.

*We will still be smiling, you just may not be able to tell under our face shields and masks!

Before each appointment you will be screened with the following questions:

Do you have a Cough or Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

Do you have any of the following symptoms…

Fever of greater than 100 degrees
Chills
Repeated shaking with chills
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat
New loss of taste or smell

Have you recently travelled out of the state or country?

Have you been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19 or who has the above symptoms in the past 14 days?

*If you have any of the above symptoms, have travelled or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or with someone with symptoms please call our office to talk with a staff member to see if your appointment should be rescheduled.  We are making every effort to protect you, our other patients and our staff.*

Other Changes:

Brush you teeth and go the restroom before you leave your house.

You must wear a mask or face covering while entering the office waiting for your appointment and while leaving the office.

We ask that only the patient enter the office and all other family members wait in the car.

We are limiting the number of patients being seen at any given time and ask that you social distance from eachother as much as you can in the office.

All appointments will be made over the phone.

Payments can be made over the phone or online at the home page of the website "pay now" button in upper right corner.

New Patients:

We can't wait to meet you!  We will be accepting new patients again as soon as we fully reopen our doors!

* Please note * NOT all insurances cover orthodontics. Please bring your current insurance card with you to your first appointment.

It is helpful if you can contact your insurance company directly to discover if you have orthodontic coverage, and if so, how much.

  • The questions you want to ask are; What percent is covered? What is my Life Time Maximum?
  • If you are an adult be sure they offer adult orthodontic coverage.
